How published THC and CBD figures compare
Strain databases publish a single figure or a range: Leafly lists 20% and AllBud 25–27%, Weedmaps gives 20–26% on its Sticky Buns page, SeedFinder’s entry says about 26%, and Leafly’s 2023 HighLight says it tests “into the mid-20s”.2,3,4,5,6 Seed listings give 20% for Zamnesia’s feminized version and 20–25% for Raw Genetics’ S1.7,8 In state lab results, 90% of Georgia Pie flower tested below 27.15% and 23.8% reached 25% or more, so AllBud’s 25–27% describes roughly the strongest quarter of results rather than typical flower.1
CBD claims are further off. AllBud gives 1–3% CBD, SeedFinder’s entry 2–3% and Zamnesia 2% for its seed version, but none of the 255 tests that reported CBD reached 1%, and the highest result was 0.32%.1,3,5,7
Among states with at least 50 tests, the median ran from 21.59% in Nevada (85 tests) to 23.36% in Maryland (117).1 In every year with at least 100 tests (2021–2022) the yearly median stayed between 22.50% and 23.22%.1
Leafly lists caryophyllene, limonene and humulene as Georgia Pie’s top terpenes, the same three, in the same order, as our lab medians; Leafly’s 2023 HighLight and SeedFinder name pinene in place of humulene.1,2,5,6 Total terpenes had a median of 2.23% across 207 tests.1

Limits of this data
- Coverage is uneven. Michigan (244), Maryland (117), Nevada (85) and Washington (26) supply most of the 499 tests, which date from 2020 to 2024; Oregon and Rhode Island results carry no product names and could not be matched.
- Some labs report higher THC than others, so we publish medians and middle ranges rather than maxima. No single lab accounts for more than 22.4% of these tests (27 labs in total).
- Terpene medians come from 91 tests with individual terpene values, 85 of them from Nevada labs. Maryland reports only total terpenes (116 tests); the Michigan, Washington and Colorado tests carry none.
- We matched names strictly: crosses and near-miss names (for example "Z x Georgia Pie", 5 results) are excluded and counted, duplicate certificates are removed, and products sold only as Sticky Buns are not counted.
